A fine Japanese 17"h Lacquer on Porcelain baluster vase, decorated on one side with a bird and flowering tree branch on red lacquer ground; on the reverse with a flying crane and a willow tree on black lacquer. Intricately gilded, with professional old repairs (difficult to identify) to fluted rim.
