415 JoAnn Greenberg Studio Pottery Bowl, Newcomb Artist
A JoAnn Greenberg (b.1928), New Orleans, studio pottery bowl, 2 3/4"h x 4 1/2"w, carved with a female nude and birds. Ms. Greenberg attended Newcomb College in 1940 and is the last of the College's pottery students currently working professionally. Examples of her pottery are included in the permanent collection of the New Orleans Museum of Art.
