Our Current and Future Goals: To represent the Pawnbrokers within the State of Texas both on local and state wide level; To address law makers of the needs and rights of Texas Pawnbrokers; To enhance the image of the Pawnbroking Industry by working with local and provincial authorities; To have all members of the Texas Association of Pawnbrokers abide by a strict code of ethics resulting in ethical business operations; To aid in the defense of non-justified infringements of the rights of Texas Pawnbroker Members; To keep abreast and inform all members of changes in our statues and bills; To better educate pawnbrokers and recommend services and supplies; To use the strength as a political force to stand together in a unified manner
