(a) For the purposes of the Act, "documents used to procure appraisals" include written documents and electronic communications, including e-mail, used for that purpose, but does not include general advertisements and supporting documentation.
(b) On all documents used to procure appraisals, an AMC must disclose the name it registered with the Board, any other name that it uses in business and the registration number received from the Board.
