Two Day Country Estate Sale
August 19 and 20, from 7am to 3pm
More than 10,000 items and pieces within collections, spread out and displayed in eight different spaces on a small farm for easier viewing.
Rain or shine, since most of the exhibit spaces are covered. The more valuable artwork and other featured items will be displayed on the first floor of the home.
Offered are some higher-ticket items -- like estate jewelry, gaming desktop computer, furniture, musical instruments (& sheet music), DJI Phantom 4 drone, Dresden porcelain pieces, antiques, entire Lionel train collection, Corning Ware 1960s vintage Blue Cornflower, Oculus Rift VR set-up, and rare original movie theater posters — to second-hand items and seasonal and holiday decor at bargain prices. Lots of small appliances, toys (including Thomas the Train and vintage toys from the 1960s), CDs, home furnishings, books, original artwork (many pieces professionally framed), sports equipment, camping gear, and a wide assortment and range of collectibles (like Waechtersbach Christmas Tree setting pieces), kitchenware, baking supplies, vintage china and glassware, quilts, vintage afghans, some unique clothing items — even a wood-fired pizza oven. There's also a FREE section and host-author cookbook giveaway! Some items are shown by private showing due to the nature of the items, as time permits.

There’s an entire FREE section, too, at this Estate Sale, with a wide assortment of items, from frisbees to stationary, cards and bags of grout for craft projects, so you could go home with something without spending a cent.
BONUS: Receive a FREE copy of author-owner’s very own cookbook, Edible Earth, while supplies last, for anyone who stops by to check out the Estate Sale. One per household, please.
Purchases can be paid in cash (preferred), check (with drivers’ license/credit card info collected) or by Zelle (electronic payment, subject to verified bank accounts). Items, especially large ones, must be picked up no later than August 31, 2023 or by other special arrangement. Special note: above items are subject to availability since some are also listed on eBay and Facebook marketplace and may be sold prior to the Estate Sale. Please inquire to confirm if a particular item on your “must get” list is still available.
The Estate Sale is not an auction, so first come, first served. No items can be held, unless, of course, full advance payment is received. No payment plans are available for purchases and all purchases are final; an electrical outlet will be made available to test electrical products. Items requiring repair will be marked as such, like a lamp fixture that needs a new plug.
