Dance! American Art 1830-1960

March 20 - June 12, 2016 - This exhibition captures dance in all its forms-from carefree to choreographed performance-with art that celebrates our need to move to the music. See 90 works from famed American artists including John Singer Sargent, Mary Cassatt, Harlem Renaissance stars and artists who shaped the aesthetics of modern dance including Isamu Noguchi, Jasper Johns, and Andy Warhol.
