Crossing Cultures: Belle Yang, A Story of Immigration

March 11 - June 4, 2016 - This exhibition shares the story of Belle Yang and her cultural journey as an immigrant and an artist. Yang tells her story through vibrant paintings that bridge Chinese folk history with American contemporary life. Alongside Yang’s paintings are stories of local immigrants and their complicated journeys of loss, change, remembrance, and love.
