Tangled Up in Blues: Aspects of Blue from The Permanent Collection

September 1 – October 31, 2016 - All of the engaging works of art in this new exhibition from CMA’s acclaimed Permanent Collection contain some form of the color blue. Reflecting on Tom Marino’s Crucible Series: Flame vessel, Edmund Kuehn’s Summertime watercolor, Julian Stanczak’s See rough Blue, Robert Goodnough’s Humorous Abduction II, and so many other works—visitors will experience a variety of emotions from hypnotic to calming.
