A Celebration of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland

This exhibition surveys the real-world origins of Alice, her evolving modern identity, Wonderland as an extension of Alice’s self, and international representations of her story.  As the story of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland marks its 150th birthday, we look back to examine how far Alice has come. Come fall down the rabbit hole and explore Alice as illustrated by Lewis Carroll, John Tenniel, Arthur Rackham, Tove Jansson, Barry Moser, Lisbeth Zwerger, Helen Oxenbury, Charles Santore, and many more.
