Butter Molds Definition
Butter Molds are wooden molds which may be in a particular shape used to shape and stamp butter before the butter gets cooled. For this purpose, fresh butter is packed in such butter molds so that the butter cools itself to the shape of the wooden mold and then it will be removed from the mold to get it wrapped in waxed paper. Some wooden molds may also have either a nozzle to push out the butter after it gets thickened or it may have hinged sides that gets opened for easy removal of butter.
