The term ‘Collage’ refers to an artistic composition prepared by resorting to pieces of paper, cloth, photographs, and other miscellaneous objects by pasting them on a dry flat surface. It is three dimensional. The Cubist artists introduced this process which was later widely followed by artists. Collage is currently recognized as a contemporary art.
