The term ‘condensation’ refers to the process of conversion of water in the form of vapor into liquid state. This process occurs when the air gets saturated with the water vapor due to either cooling or addition of extra moisture. Damaging of art works due to condensation is prevented by controlling climate during the exhibition, storage, and shipping.
