GPPA is the acronym for Graduate Personal Property Appraiser. It is a professional designation created by the National Auctioneers Association to impart auctioneers with custom education to improve their appraisal skills and knowledge. The GPPA program instills students the responsibilities of being an appraiser and provides them advanced training in Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) guidelines.
