Massier refers to the French art pottery promoted by the Massier brothers. The metallic luster glazes in the pieces are iridescent. The pieces were usually marked J. Massier and at times resembled the glaze of Weller Sicardo. The products, among others, included bowls, vases, candle holders, pitchers and baskets.
