Papermaking means the process or technique of making paper. Paper is made using watery plant pulp that is spread on a screen and dried. The plant fibers interweave and adhere to each other, the water from this is drained by pressing and drying. The resultant product is paper. Modern paper is made from wood pulp. Chinese were the first to make and use paper.
