Qiblah Definition
Qiblah is a term seen used in connection with Islamic tradition. According to the Muslim religious practice, all worshippers must turn to face one single direction while reciting prayers. Qiblah is the direction that the Muslim worshippers face when they are engaged in prayers. Kaaba is a massive stone cube located in Mecca. Qiblah is oriented towards the Kaaba in Mecca. In mosque architecture, one side of the mosque generally faces the Qiblah. This Qiblah wall helps to organize worshippers for prayers.
