Rhyon is an ancient hornlike drinking vessel which often had the shape of an animal or animal’s head at the bottom. This vessel was mostly used in Ancient Greece. Rhytons were usually made of metal or pottery. The hole at the bottom of rhyton was used to drink the liquid kept inside.
