Royal Dux Definition
Royal Dux is a reputed porcelain manufacturer. The company was founded by E. Eichler in Bohemia in the year 1860. By the end of the 19th century, the firm mastered in porcelain statuary and busts of Art Nouveau-style maidens, large porcelain figures, and ornate vases with three-dimensional figures climbing on the sides. Prior to 1938, the firm had over twelve thousand molds for making porcelain. Royal Dux products are attractive and often include a mark, a raised triangle of pink clay on its products.
