The term Aboriginal Art refers to Indigenous Australian art made by the indigenous or aboriginal people of Australia before the Europeans arrived. Aboriginal Art had been created in several media including painting on leaves, wood carving, rock carving, sculpting, ceremonial clothing and sand painting. Aboriginal Art is based on ancient mythological stories. The Museum for Australian Aboriginal art "La grange" in Switzerland dedicates itself entirely to Aboriginal Art.
