It is a term that refers to a person's experience of the intrinsic beauty/features of an event or object that were traditionally found to be worthy of attention.  An aesthetic experience originates only when the senses are free and the intellect suspends its effort to understand things and reality of a thing via judgments.  An object that provides aesthetic experience is valuable because the object is unique and one can evidence aesthetic experience only by seeing that object.
