Clamp Definition
Clamp is a device which is used to hold or support the parts of metal or stone structure during architectural creation. It is also defined as a tool usually composed of a strong material for holding objects securely. A wide variety of clamps are available and each has its own purpose. Examples of some clamps are, G cramp or sash cramp, miter clamp, spring clamp, one handed bar clamps, wheel clamp, or a surgical clamp. Spring clamps are handy for making small repairs and for acting as a third hand to hold items for painting or gluing. We can see clamp art as well. For example, we can see dog shaped sewing clamp in which the dog opens the mouth when the lever is pressed.
