Curing is a process of hardening or toughening a polymer material using electron beams, heat or chemical additives by cross-linking the polymer chains. The process activated by exposure to ultraviolet radiation and is called UV Cure. Curing of rubber is called vulcanization. Materials in moist and liquid form like resins and concrete are made to harden or mature by the same process.
