Form is the outward appearance of a person or thing. In the context of art form is one of the seven elements of art. It is three dimensional where as shape, another element is two dimensional. Form helps the viewer to understand the work of art. Form is the whole of art work’s elements that are visible. It also refers to the method of uniting the visible elements.
