Slush Casting refers to the process of making hollow cast. In slush casting, metal is poured into the mould and allowed to cool till a solid layer is formed. Excess liquid is then poured out. The resulting casting will have thin walls, but the surface will be good. The process is used to cast candle sticks, statues and lamps.
