Tchotche is a showy trinket or a small decorative object that is attractive but worthless.  The term is also seen used to refer to promotional items that are given free at convention meets, trade shows, or any similar events.  Additionally, cheap souvenirs that are seen sold in tourist areas are referred to as Tchotche.
