Very Special Arts or VSA is an international organization that was founded by Ambassador Jean Kennedy Smith. The purpose of VSA is to provide people with disabilities opportunities to participate in the arts. VSA sponsors programs every year and provides high level learning experience in the field of arts to people who are disabled. VSA is now known as the Department of VSA and Accessibility at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
