Banco is a term seen used in relation to architecture. Banco means fermented mud. Generally mud is fermented with grain or rice husk to use as banco. Banco mud bricks or banco plaster is seen used in banco architecture. It is refined adobe model and is seen used in parts of Africa. 
In addition, 'banco' refers to a titling typeface.
