Natzler Definition
Natzler refers to a pottery which was designed by a couple, Gertrud Amon and Otto Natzler in Vienna. They started a studio in 1935. The ceramic products were considered as some of the highly admired pieces from the 20th century. During 1938-1971, they produced large number of notable work in which Gertrud worked as a potter and Otto worked as a glazer. The Modernism Magazine in the year 1999 announced that the Natzlers' work was "among the finest pottery of all time."
