The term saccade generally refers to the rapid movements of both eyes in same direction. This term is derived from the French word, sachier. In art, saccade means an art form which gets painted in the retina of a viewer who carefully observes the patterns and shapes drawn by the artist or created using software. Modern artists are experimenting saccade based display to create new art forms.
