Prismatoid Definition
Prismatroid isa geometrical figure with its vertices lying within the parallel planes. It has a minimum of four faces and as it is a polyhedron it may have any number of faces as possible. There are two parallel planes for each prismatoid and the lateral faces of a prismatoid may either be a triangle or a trapezoid. If the lateral faces appear to be parallelogram or trapezoid or if the parallel planes have same number of vertices then the figure so obtained may be called prismatoid.
