College Art Association, CAA for short, is based in New York and comprise of individuals with interest in art by vocation or avocation. The CAA was founded in 1911 and advocates comprehensive and inclusive visual arts education. It promotes collaboration for professionals in art and visual studies. The members of CAA include artists, art historians, scholars, publishers, curators, critics and other professionals.
