Hygrothermograph Definition
Hygrothermograph is a device which is used to measure and record both temperature and relative humidity on a single chart. Hygrothermograph is used in art galleries to evaluate the changes in temperature and humidity in places where art is displayed or stored. Very high or low relative humidity will cause damage to art works. Hygrothermograph aids in adjusting the temperature and relative humidity inside the gallery to conserve the work of art.
