Image scanner is a device that is used in unification with a computer for digital capturing of images. Images once captured are converted into digital forms with the help of these scanners. These images in converted form are subjected to either alteration or manipulation with different software and graphics. Image scanner is generally used to get scanned images of any text, object, card or a photo. Different types of scanners are available like table top scanner and hand held scanner.
