Carriage means transportation or carriage.  When used in the context of antiques, the term may be used to refer to horse drawn sleighs, baby carriages, baby strollers, or buggies for adults. Horse drawn carriage may be three or four wheeled. The term may also be used to refer to toy carriages or chariots.
